1. What these terms cover
These terms govern access to and use of the omnifunk.cl website, owned by COMERCIAL Y SERVICIOS PROSPECTIVA LIMITADA, RUT 76.026.797-K.
By browsing the site or submitting the contact form, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the site.
These terms cover only the use of the website. Contracting the Omnifunk platform, terminal rentals, network integration, service levels, and support are governed by the separate contract and commercial proposal that get signed. Nothing published here modifies that contract.
2. Permitted use
You can use the site to learn about our services and contact us. By using it, you agree not to:
- Attempt to access areas, systems, or data not intended for the public.
- Interfere with the site's operation, overload it, or bypass its security measures.
- Scrape content automatically and at scale to reproduce or commercially exploit it.
- Submit unlawful, offensive, or false content through the form, or a third party's personal data without their authorization.
3. Nature of the content
The information published on this site is general, informational, and commercial in nature. Descriptions of applications, technologies, use cases, and architecture diagrams are for reference: the actual scope of an implementation depends on each organization's infrastructure, requirements, and conditions, and is defined in the corresponding proposal.
The content of this site doesn't constitute a binding offer, a quote, a guarantee of results, or technical, regulatory, or legal advice. We may change the content, specifications, and availability of the services described here at any time, without prior notice.
4. Intellectual property
The Omnifunk brand, logo, text, diagrams, illustrations, photographs, and the site's structure and design belong to COMERCIAL Y SERVICIOS PROSPECTIVA LIMITADA or are used with authorization. Accessing the site doesn't grant you any license over them.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate, or transform that content without prior written authorization, except for brief quotation with attribution.
Third-party trademarks, trade names, and technology names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners. They're mentioned only to indicate compatibility and interoperability, and their mention doesn't imply sponsorship, certification, representation, or any business relationship with those owners, unless expressly stated.
5. Contact form
By submitting the form, you confirm that the data you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to provide it. Submitting the form doesn't create any contractual relationship or obligation to contract for either party: it's a request for contact, which we'll respond to based on our availability.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute over their interpretation or application will be submitted to the ordinary courts of justice of Santiago.
